All services have a minimum booking of 3 hours, allowing sufficient time to make meaningful progress and achieve noticeable results. If you’re unsure where to begin, we offer a complimentary consultation and personalised recommendation, ensuring your service is thoughtfully matched to your priorities.

Simple, Transparent Pricing

Our pricing is designed to provide clarity, value, and peace of mind, with GST included in all advertised rates and packages.

Your rate includes travel and fuel within our standard service area, professional planning and preparation, personalised hands-on support, and reasonable rubbish and recycling disposal costs associated with your booking.

To secure your booking, a 50% deposit of the total quoted price is required upon acceptance of your quote and before any work commences. Your deposit will be credited to your invoice, so it is not an additional cost on top of your agreed service price.

We believe your experience should feel straightforward and stress-free, with no hidden surprises. For larger volumes of rubbish, tip fees, specialist disposal, additional disposal requirements, or other costs outside the agreed service, we will always discuss and agree on any additional charges with you in advance.
